Breads & Cereals
This section is most likely the hardest you will find, aside from the Sugars area (especially if you live the US). The reason for this is simple: we can't have wheat. Don't worry, I'll be sure to put name brands and store names! :) Sometimes, you may get another bout of constipation because we can't have high-fiber grains like bran. Allowable grains can help with this: oats, quinoa, amaranth, corn, barley, buckwheat, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds. Be sure to avoid foods that have insulin or fructooligosaccharides (also labeled as chicory root).
